About this portfolio#
This site is a personal portfolio documenting Saransh Kharel’s professional work. The projects shown were delivered by teams at What Works Global. All intellectual property in those projects, including designs, source code, trade marks and imagery, remains the property of What Works Global and the respective clients, and is shown here for the purpose of describing professional experience only. No confidential client data is intentionally published.
Client and product names are used descriptively to identify whose work is being referred to. They do not imply endorsement of, or a direct commercial relationship with, Saransh Kharel.

Information collected#
The contact form collects the name, email address, optional organisation or project detail, message and consent supplied by the sender. A non-reversible request key is used for abuse prevention; the raw IP address is not stored with the submission.
This information is used only to read and respond to your enquiry. It is not used for marketing, not disclosed to any third party other than the service providers listed below, and not sold.
Analytics and cookies#
No analytics provider is currently configured. The public site does not set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, so no cookie banner is shown. If that changes, this section is updated at the same time.
Service providers and processing#
Vercel hosts the application. Payload CMS stores submitted form data in MongoDB. Project and site media use S3-compatible object storage. Resend delivers contact-form notifications and acknowledgements. Contact details are used only to respond to the enquiry and operate the service.
Overseas disclosure#
Some of these providers store or process data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. By submitting the contact form you consent to your information being handled overseas by those providers for the purpose of operating this site and responding to you. Reasonable steps are taken to use reputable providers, but information handled overseas may be subject to the laws of the country in which it is held.
Security#
Access to submitted enquiries is restricted to the site owner through an authenticated admin account. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. No system is completely secure, and no guarantee is made that transmission or storage is free from unauthorised access.
Retention and requests#
Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months from the date of the enquiry and are then deleted, unless a longer period is needed to continue a conversation you have started or to meet a legal obligation.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted at any time, and there is no charge for doing so.
For a privacy request, email saranshkharel100@gmail.com directly. Requests are acknowledged within a reasonable period, and ordinarily within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with how a privacy request has been handled, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

External sites have their own privacy practices. This policy is updated when the site’s providers or handling change; the revision date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
